Does your back hurt? If so, other aspects of your life are likely suffering, too. Your energy level goes down and your favourite activities can get sidelined. Everyday tasks such as carrying groceries or lifting a child, or simply getting in and out of a car, can cause pain and fatigue. But even if you are not feeling sore, your back may be stressed and headed toward injury.
Using these four back-health indicators from the Ontario Chiropractic Association, gauge how well your back is doing.
