Look who's in the acknowledgments of this new cookbook GRAIN POWER!

I am so honoured to be part of the acknowledgments in the gorgeous cookbook GRAIN POWER that is co-authored by one of my friends, Carolyn Hemming.  She and Patricia Green have created these three great cookbooks starting with their first hit Quinoa 365, second book Quinoa Revolution, and now Grain Power.
