I am so honoured to be part of the acknowledgments in the gorgeous cookbook GRAIN POWER that is co-authored by one of my friends, Carolyn Hemming.  She and Patricia Green have created these three great cookbooks starting with their first hit Quinoa 365, second book Quinoa Revolution, and now Grain Power. You can find them in bookstores, online, and in Costco.

    I love being a chiropractor! Along with my clinical practice, combining my career with my sports passion has also lead me on a worldly adventure traveling as Canadian National Diving team chiropractor. My biggest adventure thus far is being a mother of two amazing daughters, Madeline and Zoey!
