Pan Am Games Toronto 2015 is just around the corner. I'm fascinated by the amount of planning that is going on behind the scenes! This past weekend I participated in the next step in the volunteer journey, leadership training which will be going on from now until May for about 4,000 of the 23,000+ volunteers in leadership roles.
It's great to see some familiar faces and also meeting a lot of new people who are so excited to be part of this huge volunteer movement, apparently the largest in Canadian history! I cannot wait to make an impact as part of the Toronto 2015 team!
