I am so excited to share that I have been chosen as a Lead Medical Practitioner for Aquatics for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto next July 10-26th!
Having received confirmation from the Medical and Volunteer Committees, I will be working with Diving, Swimming, and Synchronized Swimming at the new CIBC Pan Am/ParaPan Am Aquatics Centre and Field House part of University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. I will be assisting in coordinating and implementing medical services for the venue in conjunction with the Lead Medical Doctor.
I am so thrilled for this opportunity to be involved in such a large sporting event right in our own city, the third largest multi-sport games behind the Olympics and Asian Games. Close to 7,000 athletes are expected to participate in 36 sports. For more information on the Pan Am Games go to:
